POSTO.MY Motorcycle Delivery Services review

 Today, I'm just going to write about this while it's still fresh in my head.

Life is so boring and expensive while living here so I decided to get my motorcycle back home. I surveyed and chose POSTO services since it's affiliated with FGV. What's that? Well, Google it, my dear.

For the price listing, you can just browse their website posto.my. The lowest rate for motorcycle delivery under 135CC is RM250 and so on. Additional charges applicable for add-ons like helmet and wrapping. So, sign up if you want to book a delivery.

Back to my story, I booked a delivery on 2 August 2021 and they picked up the motorcycle at my home about 2 days earlier since they need to do the wrapping at their warehouse. Even though the website is equipped with tracking option but it is useless, tell you that. They don't update there. If you want to know what happen to the delivery or their status, you'll have to call the number at the website. Then they will update you. Apparently you can track them at FVG Courier Services.

As for me, I'm a person with anxiety, who curiously want to know where are my orders, called the office. They kindly updated me. I like that even though they can just update the status in the website but yeah, obstacles. It's all heavenly good up till here.

Today, they called me for the delivery but I don't answer my phone because I'm out of office, I'm a working person too. I returned the call and they just want to ask for location. So I missed the delivery for today and there's no exact date of the next delivery. I'm so furious about this part! Why can't they called me after a few minutes? How irresponsible can they be? I know they have to deliver other people's things too but it's been days! What is the use of receiver address I put in the order if you have to call for location? Of course because I know they will deliver it anytime so that I need to always be at the location, LOL.

So, to calm myself and my anxiety, I called the HQ and the hub, not to complaint but to resolve. I will pick up the motorcycle myself. There's no need to trouble yourself to deliver the item even though I paid for that because I'm so done with waiting and incompetence. Just one call away and you deserted my delivery just because I can't answer my phone during working hour! I asked for a rescheduled delivery but no one know when it will be. They don't even know whether the hub is operational on weekend. Like what?! Are you guys actually working there? 

I'm quite disappointed with this bit part. You're doing such good job but unable to complete it to the one who needs it the most. Recommended? 50/50. I still prefer to use bus like InterCity. Fast and accurate.
